wonderful hotel with excellent staff
excellent service spacious room helpful staff
everything was wonderful. the hotel is beautiful and the staff provides excellent service. rooms are very spacious and housekeeping kept things tidy daily. i enjoyed the terrace, the pool, and the restaurant. cynthia and daniel were particularly helpful, offering great information.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well. i was told it only circulated outside air. the interior was very dark with low lighting.

the hotel has a great location in the center of the city. it is a short walk to the main square and cathedral. it is also easily accessible to many major sites.

five-star service rooftop pool pleasant addition
The hotel's 17th-century palace has been renovated with great care. The staff provided five-star service and handled every request promptly. The rooftop pool was a pleasant addition, as was the rooftop bar. Lunch by the pool was very nice.
The interior lighting was quite dim.

noisy air conditioning little privacy
the breakfast had many options and seemed fresh.
The room lacked windows, it felt quite stuffy. the air conditioning unit made considerable noise throughout the night. I had difficulty sleeping because of this and the design of the bathroom was odd with little privacy.
